Shintok様、もう出てきてくださらないかと思いました。ありがとうございます。ご面倒でしょうが、もう少しお願いします。
(1) USBメモリをささずに Knoppix を再起動。
>(2) Knoppix 起動後, USBメモリをさし, 次にKonsole
>(ディスプレイのアイコン)を起動。
>(3) $ sudo mkdir /mnt/sda1
>(4) $ sudo mount -t vfat /dev/sda1 /mnt/sda1

上記のとおりやったところ、

The command is'mount[-t fstype]somewhere'.
Details forund in /etc/fstab may be omitted.
    mount -a [-t|-0}...   :mount all stuff from /etc/fastab
    mount devise          :mount device at the known place
    mount directory       :mount known device hehe
    nount -t type dev dir :ordinary mount command
Note that one dose not really a device,one mounts
a filesystem (of  the given type) found one the device.
One can also mount an already visible directory three elsewhere:
       mount --move olddir newdir
A device can be given by name,say  /dev/hda1 or /dev/cdrom,
or by label,using -L label or by uuid,using  -U uuid .
Othere options: {-nfFrsvw] [-o options] [-p num].
For many more details,say  man 8 mount .
という表示が出ました。英語がわからないので、すみません、どうすればいいのでしょう。
