　解決しました・・・というより・・・
windowsを終了するときに、終了しなくて、再起動後に、深刻なエラーから回復しました
ということで、自動的に修正方法のページにアクセスするようになっていたはずなのに、
変な

結局、原因は、InCDというプログラムのバグが原因だったそうです。はー疲れた・・
