メーカー名：自作PC 作ってもらった 
ＯＳ名：Windows2000 
パソコン名：なし
ソフト関連：OSが起動すらしない

WIN2000の起動時に下記の文字が出て、正常起動しません。
これは、何を意味するものでしょうか？
解決方法をお教えいただけないでしょうか？
以下がその画面です。

INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE
If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen,
restart your computer. If this screen appears again,follow
these steps:
Check for viruses on your computer.Remove any newly installed
hard driver or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive
to make sure it is properly configured and terminated.
Run CHKDSK/F to check for hard drive corruption,snd then
restart your computer.
Refer to your Getting Started manual for more information no
troubleshooting Stop errors.
