xp が起動しません

ノートンの体験版をインストールして再起動したところ
ウインドウズが起動しなくなりました。
ご迷惑をおかけしております。Windowsが正しく開始できませんでした。最近のハードウェアまたはソフトウェアの変更が原因の可能性があります。
コンピュータが応答しない場合、予期せず再開した場合、ファイルとフォルダを保護のため自動的にシャットダウンした場合、前回正常起動時の構成を選択して、正しく構成した最近の設定に戻して下さい。
前回の試みが電源障害、あるいは電源ボタンやリセットボタンを押して中断された場合、または原因不明の場合は、通常起動を選択して下さい。

Windousを通常起動する
とエラーメッセージが出てセーフモード等を選択したいのですが
キーボードが反応しません。（キーボードの３つのランプが点灯してないです）
そのままカウントダウンが終わるとウインドウズのロゴがでて
その後一瞬だけブルーバック画面になり再起動します。

デジカメで撮ってみたところ、おそらくこのメッセージだと思われます。
起動時にDELを押していればBIOSには行けます。
