エラーメッセージでストップ・・

はじめまして、早速ですが、先日３Dゲーム(FF11)をしていましたら、
↓エラーメッセージ↓

restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow
these steps:
chack to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer
for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware
or software. disable BOIS memory options such as caching or shaduwing.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart
your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then
select safe mode.

上記のエラーメッセージが出て止まり、
２〜３分後ぐらいに再起動し始めました。
それ以降起動して、処理が遅く、３Ｄゲームを起動すると、
すぐこのメッセージがでたり、普通にゲームできるときがあります。
OSはクリーンインストールしましたが、同じ症状です。
ソフトのインストールしてるときや、
ウイルスのスキャンのときにも、たまにこのメッセージがでます。
似た症状になった事がある方いましたら、改善策を教えていただけますでしょうか
