ＰＣを起動しようとすると（ブルースクリーンで）次のメッセージが出て起動できません・・
A problem has been detected and  windowz has been shut down to prevent damage 
to your computer.
BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,
restart your comp uter.if this screen appears again,follow
these steps:
Check to make sureany new hardware　or software is properly installed.
if this is a new installation,ask your hardware　or software manufacturer
for any Windows updatas you might need.
if problems co ntinue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware
or software.Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
if you need to use safemode to remove or disable components,restart
your computer,press F8 to select Aevanced startup options,and then
select safemode.
　和訳はしてみましたがどうも意味がわかりません
新しいハードウェアを入れてもいません。safemadeもできそうに有りません。
ＨＤＤの破損とかも聞いたんですが買いなおさないといけないんでしょうか？
