キョウ-PC不慣れさんは No.281396「Nortonのセットアップ」で書きました。

プリインストールのノートンを削除しなければならないのですが、
それは本質的な解決にはならず、XPのファイヤーウォール機能を
停止したら、インストールできたということです。
インストール後は、NISのファイヤーウォール機能で、しっかり防御
しましょう。
