2005/11/30までのオンラインウィルススキャン

あっているかどうかわかりませんが

というリンクになっている【clicking here.】をクリック。
さらに次の画面で、
1. download 【this program】
のthis programクリックして DL 出来るファイルをデスクトップに保存。
その保存したファイルをダブルクリックして、「Uninstall」を実行してください。
この作業は、すべてのウインドウを閉じてやってください。
終了するまでそのまま待つ、終わったら一度再起動してください。
その後、コントロールパネルの「アプリケーションの追加と削除」から以下のものをアンインストール。
残っているものだけでいいです。
また、アンインストールの際はすべてのウインドウを閉じてやってください。

Internet Update のアンインストールの最中に画面がとまっているような状態になったら、
Ctrl+Alt+Delete でタスクマネージャを起動して、UninstIU.exe みたいなプロセスを強制終了してください。
上記が終わったら、もう一度再起動。
