返事が遅れてすいません。
>1.修理に出す前のエラー状況。
水色の画面で白い文字でhardのエラーというものでした。短い文章でそれのみでした。
ウィンドウズが起動してからすぐにエラーが出て止まってしまうという状況。
>2.修理した（交換した物）部分。
CD−ROMの読み込みの部品の交換とCPUのファンの交換でした。
マザーボードにもエラーがあったらしいのですが交換しなくても初期構成で通常動作は確認取れたらしいです。
>3.増設した時のエラー・メッセージ。などを詳しくお願いします。（BIOSエラー？。）
新しくつけたい２枚のうちのメモリの一枚が壊れてるような感じがします。
通常起動できるメモリを交換してみたらエラーが出て駄目だったので・・。
メモリはもしかしたら販売店の所にもっていて新しいものと交換したら直るかもしれないですね・・。
外見は損傷ないんですけどね。

再起動後、同じような内容で２回目エラー
check to be sure you have adequate disk space.
If a driver is dentifified in the stop message.
disable the driver. or check

セーフモードで立ち上げるような事が書いてありそうですが立ち上げた後の事が
よくわからないです。
