トラブル現象：パソコンが途中で止まる

ここ１〜２週間で数回青い画面が出ての強制終了がありました。最初は一時的なもの
だと思い無視していましたがだんだん間が短くなってきたように思います。
どれも特定の作業中ではないので原因がよくわかりません。
以下が青い画面時の内容です。

restart your computer.If this screen appears again,follow
these steps:
Check to be sure you have adequate disk space.If a driver is
identified in the stop message,disabke tha driver or check
with the manufacturer for driver updates.Try changing video
adapters.
Chek with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates.Disable
BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.If you need
to use Safe Mode to remove or disable comonents,restart your
computer,press F8 to select Advanced Startup options,and then
select Safe Mode.
