現在では、配布されていないソフトウェアです。
ただ、ひとつの情報として、書いておきます。
おそらく、この「MaxBlast」は「MaxBlast2〜5」のことではありません。
「MaxBlast Plus」のことだと思います。
Maxtorのツールは３種類ありました。現在は以下です。
PowerMax → Seatoolsに統合
MaxBlast → そのまま５として存在
MaxBlast Plus → 消滅
