トラブル現象：パソコンの動作が不安定

ブルースクリーンが出てたびたび再起動されます。
(ブルースクリーンがでるのは数十分〜数時間おきで、
通常通り使用できる時間にそこそこ余裕があり、
再起動も通常どおり行えています。)
リカバリもしてみましたが、症状に変化ありませんでした。
オンラインゲームを２年ほどしていて、
PCはほぼ一日中電源が入っている状態で使っており、
メモリは一年前にバッファローの512MBを増設しています。
ブルースクリーンがでて再起動がかかるのはここ３，４日のことで、
今までは問題なく動作しておりました。
ブルースクリーンに関していくつか検索して調べておりましたが、
解決に至らなかったため質問させて頂きました。よろしくお願いします。
エラーメッセージはメモリに関するもののようでしたが、
そこからよくわからず・・・
メモリ診断ツールも使い方がよく分からず行っておりません。
以下ブルースクリーンの内容をメモしたものです
